Right of Withdrawal

Premium subscriptions are exclusively concluded and billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play — Habbly itself does not accept any payments. If you wish to withdraw from a purchase or request a refund, please contact the respective store directly, as only they have access to payment processing: reportaproblem.apple.com (Apple) or the Google Play refund policy. The notice below informs you, independently of this, about your statutory right of withdrawal.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from a contract for a Premium subscription within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Ralf Freit, Tannenstr. 25, 26844 Jemgum, Germany, email: orakel@habbly.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, although this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notice of exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notice of your withdrawal. Since payment processing is handled exclusively by Apple or Google, any valid refund is in practice processed through the relevant platform; we support this process to the best of our ability.

Premature expiry of the right of withdrawal for digital content/services

Your right of withdrawal expires prematurely if we, or the respective app store, have begun performance of the contract (unlocking of Premium features) after you have expressly agreed that we may begin performance of the contract before expiry of the withdrawal period, and you have acknowledged that by giving this consent you lose your right of withdrawal once performance of the contract has begun. Premium features are unlocked immediately after purchase.
